We took a bagel, added Paleo dark chocolate chips, and somehow made it Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and worth waking up for.
These bagels are soft, chewy, and lightly sweet — like your favorite childhood treat grew up, ditched the gluten, and got really into clean ingredients. They’re made with organic, non-GMO ingredients, sweetened with maple sugar, and loaded with rich chocolate chunks in every bite.
To be clear: this is not cake pretending to be a bagel. It’s a real-deal, boil-and-bake, slice-it-and-toast-it bagel.
We freeze them right after baking and ship nationwide, so they show up ready to live in your freezer — until you’re ready for chocolate at breakfast. Or lunch. Or 2 a.m.
